Q1. HOW CAN I CANCEL MY WHOLE ORDER?

The orders can be cancelled up to 6 PM of the same day and orders placed after 6 PM can be cancelled up to 6 PM of the next working day.
We will try our best to accommodate your request depending on the processing level of your order.
Q2. How can I cancel certain items from my order?
Answer – You can cancel any product from your order before it has been dispatched.

Q3. What can I do if an item received is defective (broken/leaked/ expired)?
Answer – We believe in perfection. In case you are not satisfied with the product received,
you can return it to our delivery person at the time of delivery or contact our Customer Support desk at 91 7200066600 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery and we will do the needful.We request you to check all the items at the time of delivery.
Q4. What is the process for a refund in case of cancellation or return?
Answer – The amount will be refunded to you within 3-4 working days,only if the products is defective from manufacturer side. Otherwise refunds are not encouraged. so kindly report the product defect to customer support within 24-48 hrs of recieving the parcel.
In case of credit card / Debit card / Net banking payments, the money can also be refunded to your account within 3-4 working days.
Refunds will be made in the same form as the payment received.
